Bronx rapper Tim Dog has been reported dead at the age of 46 years old.

According to The Source, the veteran MC passed away from a seizure following his long battle with diabetes. Additional details surrounding his death are scarce at this time, but several musicians, including Tony Touch, J-Zone and Pete Rock, have expressed their condolences on social networking sites.

The MC, who collaborated with Ultramagnetic MCs early in his career, is best known for his track "F*** Compton," often hailed as one of the best disses of all time, targeting Dr. Dre and N.W.A. in the early '90s. The cut was included on his solo debut "Penicillin on Wax," released in 1991, and elicited response records from DJ Quick, Dre and Compton's Most Wanted.
