Cheryl Cole's one-off fly-on-the-wall television show, called Cheryl: Access All Areas, scored huge ratings when it was broadcast on ITV2 on 20 November.
An impressive 811,000 watched the show, while 177k caught it on +1. Despite it being a huge success, Cheryl voiced her reservations about the programme before it was broadcast.
She took to Twitter and said: "My Access All Areas behind the scenes tour documentary is on tonight 9 on ITV2! Who'll be watching?"
She then added: "I literally had a friend of mine filming so that I would not feel like I had a 'camera crew' in my way and at times forgot myself.."
"I have since regretted this decision at the number of times I cringed watching it."
The singer and former X Factor judge then said: "Oh well.. It is def Access All Areas. Up close personal and RAW haha!"
During the show, #CherylAAA started trending on Twitter, with many of the singer's fans praising the star - @RachaelDavidson said: "Ready to watch @CherylCole tonight. #topgeordie #girlcrush."
Cheryl's assistant, Lily England tweeted: "Biggest Tuesday broadcast EVER for ITV2... Congrats @CherylCole #CherylAAA."
With Cheryl's documentary being such a success, could she have what it takes to be the next reality TV mega-star? Kim Kardashian better watch her back!
