Bobbi Kristina Brown's family have come to the decision to take her off life support on the same day as her mother died, according to Pagesix.

The website claims it was initially Bobbi's grandmother Cissy who suggested February 11 - the day her daughter was tragically found dead.

A Brown family source said it was "a symbolic way to keep mother and daughter together for an eternity."

It's thought Cissy Houston made the upsetting decision

"The family think it is fitting that Whitney and Bobbi should be together," said an insider.

"Cissy floated the idea of them turning off the life support machine in the same day Whitney died.

"She is heartbroken that both her daughter and granddaughter will have died before them."

Bobbi has remained in a medically induced coma since she was found face down in a bathtub at home in Atlanta on Jan 31.

Her mother - Whitney - was also chillingly found in a bathtub. Tomorrow will mark the third anniversary of her death.

The upsetting news comes as police launch an investigation after finding Bobbi had 'numerous facial injuries'.

According to reports in the US, her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, 25, is being questioned by police in Atlanta as to whether he knew anything about the marks on her face.
