Russian gymnast Tatyana Kozhevnikova has earned an accolade many women would envy right about now, the fact that she can lift over 30 pounds with her vaginal muscles which has earned her an eye-raising spot in the famed Guinness Book of World Records  for "vagina weightlifting," reports The Sun.

The 40-plus year old woman felt compelled to do something about her extraordinarily weak vaginal muscles after she given birth to her child.

So Tatyana reportedly began researching how she could strengthen her sagging intimate muscles and stumbled upon some ancient Dao teachings.

She read how women used wooden balls to deal with the feminine problem she had encountered.

She told The Sun, "I looked around, saw a Murano glass ball and inserted it into my vagina. It took me ages to get it out!"

Over the last twenty years, Tatyana, who says she was born with a normal female anatomy, has managed to increase the strength of her vaginal walls via vigorous lifting.

How she accomplished this weightlifting feat is by inserting a condom-covered wooden egg-shaped device (pictured) with dangling cords and inserting it into her vagina.

Various weights can be fitted to the cords and the egg is held in place as Tatyana tightens her vaginal muscles.

Tatyana will be featured on a UK TV show, "The Body Shocking," later this month where she will displaying her stupefying talent.

She also has a website where she offers to train people about the art of Intimate Gymnastics.
