Urgent appeal to find missing children in Washwood Heath

The missing children

An urgent appeal has been issued to find two children who have gone missing in the Washwood Heath area of Birmingham.

Officers are appealing for sightings of the pair who were last seen in Wright Road at around midday.

The 11-year-old girl - named by police as Saina Sava - is thought to be pushing the boy, Adi Sava, aged four, in a black and red four-wheeled pushchair.

The girl is 5ft tall with long dark hair in a bun. Light blue jeans with diamante studs. The younger child is 3ft 3ins tall, yellow t-shirt, yellow/brown shorts, short hair brushed forward.

Police are searching the area around Wright Road in an attempt to locate the youngsters.

West Midlands Police officers have urged anyone who may spot the pair to call 999.
