Two men have been stabbed and another has been injured outside a college in Birmingham.
They were taken to hospital following the incident in Cambrai Gardens in front of the Hall Green campus of South and City College at about 14:00 BST.
They are not believed to be students or staff. Two men have been arrested.
Police originally said three men were stabbed during disorder on Cole Bank Road but later revealed one of them had been "hit with a blunt object".
The men, all believed to be aged in their 20s, suffered minor injuries during the disorder, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
Det Sgt Mark Allen, from West Midlands Police, said: "We're still trying to piece together exactly what happened earlier this afternoon and are currently trawling CCTV and speaking to a number of witnesses."
A police cordon remains in place on Cole Bank Road.
In a statement, Mike Hopkins, principal of South and City College Birmingham, said: "This incident does not involve our staff or students and did not take place on our grounds, but we are deeply shocked to hear something like this has happened within our community at Hall Green, which is a safe and friendly place.
"The safety of our staff and students is paramount and we'll do anything we can to assist the police in their investigations."
