Two people were hurt leaping from a first floor window when a fire ripped through flats and businesses in Birmingham on Christmas Day.

Eleven others were evacuated from the buildings after the fire started in a shisha lounge in High Street, Deritend, Digbeth at 03.15 GMT.

He was unable to reveal how many buildings were involved in total.
