A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found floating in a lake in the West Midlands.
The body of Jasbir Singh Bains, 41, of West Bromwich, was discovered at Dartmouth Park in the town on the morning of 28 November.
A post mortem confirmed his throat had been cut. A 44-year-old man was arrested in West Bromwich earlier.
Police said the inquiry had proved challenging due to the scene being remote and a "lack of obvious motive".
Det Insp Warren Hines, who is leading the inquiry, said: "We are continuing to make ongoing enquiries and a number of addresses in the West Bromwich area will be searched over the coming days."
