Police said they found four men in the building at a property in Alum Rock Road
Two men have been arrested over slavery offences after four men were found in squalid conditions in Birmingham.
Police said they found the four in a lean-to building at a property in Alum Rock Road, and they were believed to have been at the address for about a year.
Two men, aged 27 and 31, were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of human trafficking.
A woman has previously been charged and eight other people have been arrested.
The woman, unemployed Vasilica Panaghita, of Alum Rock Road, Birmingham, was charged with four counts of knowingly holding another person in slavery or servitude.
She was remanded in custody and will next appear at the city's crown court in April.
Of the eight people - four men and four women arrested in connection with trafficking offences - four remain on police bail pending further inquiries and the other four were released without charge.
The four men found at the property are being cared for by the Salvation Army, West Midlands Police said.
