A fifth man has been arrested after a double stabbing in Birmingham.

The 49-year-old, from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder following treatment for a chest wound in hospital, police said.

He sustained his injuries in the incident at Bar Room Bar at the Mailbox shortly after 20:30 BST on Saturday.

A 51-year-old was arrested on Sunday after receiving medical treatment. A 42-year-old was also arrested on Sunday and is being treated for a leg injury.

Two men, 18 and 20, also arrested on Saturday in connection with the incident, have been bailed.

Investigations into what happened are continuing.

Detectives believe it may be the result of an ongoing dispute between two families.
