Jessie and Tim decided to date for forty days
Fed up with New York's serial dating scene, good friends Tim and Jessie decided to date each other instead.
The two New Yorkers decided to try it for 40 days - a time period usually associated with giving up a bad habit - and to share their experience online.
Although they undertook the experiment in April, they are releasing their photos, videos and drawings day by day so viewers can see how the relationship is developing.
Jessie and Tim spoke to the BBC about the search for true love and whether it was right in front of them all along.
